Martin Luther once said, "If you want to change the world, pick up your pen and write." Martin Luther did indeed change the world with his words; his 95 Theses shaped the course of history and continues to affect countless lives. So why don't we believe that we can change the world with our words, whether through song, story, or everyday conversation? This isn't possible through our own strength nor our own power, but through Christ working through us. God has a place for you in the story He's writing. We can change the world with our words, and point others to God's Story through our stories. The only thing we need to begin this journey is to have faith that it's possible.
E. G. Runyan is an aspiring author who has been writing stories almost as long as she can remember. She has been published on Story Warren and Kingdom Pen, and hopes one day to publish a book. Her greatest aspiration is to live a life for Jesus Christ and to write a story that will point others to His Story: the greatest story of all. In her spare time she enjoys writing, cats, rain, puns, and losing at chess.
